Today is 23 Oct, it is Sunday and it is freaking hot out there. Am sweating all the times. I just got back from a mall.  That is not supposed to be a plan at all, what more an idea for a weekend.  Sometimes I just have to push and force myself.

Oh ya, my study. I just got into my second year. Taking contract, public and tort law ! I passed criminals with flying colours ! That is something I should be proud of. While many others flunk the subject, am on the other hands passed it with quite a high marks ! And what I heard London would not easily award that level of marks if not for a very good essay. Yeah, told ya. Something I should be proud of right? I at least got to know my forte. Am reallyyyyy into ciminal law you know. I love the subject, really I am.

And tort is quite knew to me this semester.  Tort is wrong. But unlike criminal, tort is a wrong and a breach of general duty fixed by the civil law. I kinda of like the subject too. I need to be discipline and work hard on an essay every day so that I dont lose the rhythms !

It's coming to 1 April 2016 and the organization where I working with is undertaking massive re-structuring.  From serving an operating unit, am now moving to corporate centre. The portfolio anyhow doesn't change as I remained doing the same task under group procurement. I have been doing this for quite some time already. I joined the company in December 2011 and coming to the end of this year will actually mark my exact 5 years.

A quick calculation until my retirement at 60, I have roughly another 30 years. 5 years target for each business function will actually gives me about another 6 more functions to go. 6 doesn't sound that much ya?

Once I reach my 2nd year of study, I will definitely start looking for a greener side. My first target would be Group Legal of course. I wonder are there any qualified lawyers who are practising and serving PETRONAS at the same time? Is it allowed?

I wish to serve PETRONAS in Merger & Acquisition Business Unit as well. Something that I dreamed of from far ever since I join the company.

Back to realtime, I need to score my LLB, till then!

Momentum is like at its fickle stage currently. At one time I feel like gearing up while another time feels just like ignoring everything.  I cant procrastinate I just know it. Its like less than 40 days to finals and I have not started memorising.

Works on the other hand is another thingy.

There's another thing in mind. I am just so lazy you know. It's the commitment that I have to put in. It is so difficult to overcome it. The thing about doing something new is you have to like really bear the beginning stage. You have to keep your consistency and commitment. Once you have passed the stage, sustaining it is another thing. I just dont have that feeling yet.

I know myself very well. If I have that 'feeling' I will excel in everything I plan and want to do. I know myself very well. But to get that 'feeling' coming is just so difficult.

I need that 'feeling' for my study and to start the business.

Get that PHONE away please !!

Intermediate

It has been 5 months since I started my study course in September 2015. It was a very quick decision. Yea I mean not that kind of quick, we did have the same discussion of me continuing study for so many times and for years already. The quick part was actually the enrolling part. It was quick. I did that for a night and evrything was so yea, quick.  I joined the class in November 2015 when the class has started in September 2015. I missed the class by 2 months and that freaked me off.  I was so blank and completely loss at the beginning. Everything was so alien especially the criminal course.

Ok, let's start all over again. I enrolled for 4 courses this semester i.e Public Law, Contract Law, Common Law and Public Law. Criminal is the hardest course of all, at least for now it is still the hardest. It was so dificult when it comes to reading and understanding the legal principle. I was so over-confident with Contract on the other hand as I thought of being working in that line of procurement, doing contracts everyday is to my advantage. It is not. The whole legal principle is something that I dont learn at work !

Common and Public are subjects that I'm kinda familiar with as our history has it. 'Thank God' Malaysia was colonised by the Brit and adopt the same legal system as the UK.  It comes easily and smoothly to me ears tho.

I will have more years to complete the whole courses. Still figuring of doing CLP or Bar right after obtaining my LLB. I want to see a First Class Degree in my hands and graduate proudly in London yea
