My heart feels so downhearted. I was dreaming for something, something I could not get because they said it is like walking on the water.
I witnessed one was given without a single equivalent effort as mine. I witnessed one roamed disgustingly without a brain function a moment even. I witnessed one sold his soul to feed the devil's lust.
I measure my own performance and effort, I measure my own self. I I run the show if only they knew it.
I deserve it.

Priority Seats
I used to commute daily to work via public train and at times advocating for a pregnant lady, disabled and eldest who being denied and ignored from any offers for seats.
There were people who merely don’t care, knowing what priority seats are for however decided to ignore the other commuters who qualified for the seats. Those are the ones who sleep, browsing phone and shutting the surrounding off for a mere comfy of a seat until they reach their destination.
Priority seats in Malaysia (under the purview of Prasarana) is closely stand by the idea of an ETIQUETTE or a common manner (only) that is being urged and preached to all commuters. The idea of the grace is to show same respect and good social consideration among the society. But to evangelise this common manner, an individual will have to first believe that that is the right to do in reference to his individual principle. So if you dont do it, you are not wrong legally and also morally (if you dont believe it).
So how do we overcome this. Prior taking it morally, we need to have this policy mandated into a law. So that they will be first, LEGALLY wrong. Over the beginning years these people will be consistently legally wrong until it became the-way-to-live and at the end of their life we pray that they learn it is morally wrong too. If they don’t, then it is fine too since the law will eliminate these people from exist in a public facility.

The next step is by the virtue of ‘if you dont ask you dont get it’. Resulted in these same people either pretend in embarrass and giving up the seats or worst, qualify that they also deserve the seats. I heard a lot. However this evening, the worst, lowest and inhumane reason that I heard was “priority seats dekat sana tu. not here”.

It is weekend and yeah the same weekend.
Chores cycle are just crazy. It repeats itself for infinitive times. I think I need a maid. But a maid would not just be as convenient it seems to have. You gonna need to be mentally prepare and be ready to have a total stranger living next to your room. You gonna need to 'çare' and 'maintaining' a life of another being you don't even care indeed.
My study is a bit of chaotic now. I have a mixed roll for courses from my Year 1 and Year 2. Now I have started to feel the struggle of study while working. The struggle is REAL.
My good colleagues have all departed to their new ventures. Leaving me alone in the section. 6 years tho, I don't wanna feel drained but seriously I do now.
I have started also to feel a little bit bore and thinking of way to moving higher. HIGHER I mean. Like a real HIGH.

Acceptance of Tender as a Binded Contract
Am going to have my exam in May. This term I enrolled for 3 subjects, that is Tort, Contract and Public. However I will only go for Contract and Public examination.
While browsing my notes for Contract Law, I found something really an important. That is wrt to the classification of acceptance of tender as a contract. Invitation to tender is usually but invariably an invitation to treat. Where this is the case, the tender constitutes an offer, however the acceptance of a tender does not always results in a binding contract. If the invitation of tenders does not specify the quantity of goods in such quantity as maybe ordered from time to time, or "as and where required", then acceptance of the tender does not at that stage conclude a contract. Any tender submitted is a 'standing offer' which is only accepted in the legal sense when an order is placed for a quantity of goods and there will result a binding contract confined to that quantity. The standing offer may be revoked at anytime although the tenderer will be bound by orders already made. This drives me to think about the type of contract I had in my daily operations. We have this type of unit-rate contracts where the utilization is being made on call-off basis. Call of here means exactly as and when required. When there is no utilization, there will be no 'work-order' awarded. As the prevailing case 'Percival Ltd v LCC Asylums Committee, 1918' as follows.
A firm of contractors signed a tender addressed to the Asylums Committee of the London County Council whereby they agreed on the acceptance of the tender to supply all or any of the goods named in the schedule if and to the extent the same should be ordered by the committee, and in any quantity. It was also provided that the quantities stated in the schedule were those which were estimated as the probable requirements for the period of the contract, but the committee might at their option require the supply and delivery under any item in the schedule of goods in excess of the quantity specified in such item, and the goods were to be delivered at the asylums in such quantities at such time and in such manner as the committee or the steward might order from time to time. The committee did not order the amounts specified in the schedule to the tender form, and the contractors claimed that they were entitled to supply goods to the full amount therein specified: Held on the true construction of the contract contained in the document of tender, the Asylums Committee were under no obligation to order any of the goods, but that the firm of contractors were bound to deliver the goods specified as and when they obtained orders for them from the committee.
It sometimes happens that the effect of the form of the tender with an acceptance is to make a firm contract by which the purchasing body undertakes to buy all the specified material from the contractor. On the other hand, one knows that these tenders are very often in a form under which the purchasing body is not bound to give the tenderer any order at all; in other words, the contractor offers to supply goods at a price, and if the purchasing body chooses to give him an order for goods during the stipulated time, then he is under an obligation to supply the goods in accordance with the order; but apart from that nobody is bound. There is also an intermediate contract that can be made in which, although the parties are not bound to any specified quantity, yet they bind themselves to buy and to pay for all the goods that are in fact needed by them. Of course, if there is a contract such as that, then there is a binding contract which will be broken if the purchasing body in fact do need some of the articles the subject of the tender, and do not take them from the tenderer (Atkin, J).

Today is 23 Oct, it is Sunday and it is freaking hot out there. Am sweating all the times. I just got back from a mall. That is not supposed to be a plan at all, what more an idea for a weekend. Sometimes I just have to push and force myself.
Oh ya, my study. I just got into my second year. Taking contract, public and tort law ! I passed criminals with flying colours ! That is something I should be proud of. While many others flunk the subject, am on the other hands passed it with quite a high marks ! And what I heard London would not easily award that level of marks if not for a very good essay. Yeah, told ya. Something I should be proud of right? I at least got to know my forte. Am reallyyyyy into ciminal law you know. I love the subject, really I am.
And tort is quite knew to me this semester. Tort is wrong. But unlike criminal, tort is a wrong and a breach of general duty fixed by the civil law. I kinda of like the subject too. I need to be discipline and work hard on an essay every day so that I dont lose the rhythms !

It's coming to 1 April 2016 and the organization where I working with is undertaking massive re-structuring. From serving an operating unit, am now moving to corporate centre. The portfolio anyhow doesn't change as I remained doing the same task under group procurement. I have been doing this for quite some time already. I joined the company in December 2011 and coming to the end of this year will actually mark my exact 5 years.
A quick calculation until my retirement at 60, I have roughly another 30 years. 5 years target for each business function will actually gives me about another 6 more functions to go. 6 doesn't sound that much ya?
Once I reach my 2nd year of study, I will definitely start looking for a greener side. My first target would be Group Legal of course. I wonder are there any qualified lawyers who are practising and serving PETRONAS at the same time? Is it allowed?
I wish to serve PETRONAS in Merger & Acquisition Business Unit as well. Something that I dreamed of from far ever since I join the company.
Back to realtime, I need to score my LLB, till then!

Momentum is like at its fickle stage currently. At one time I feel like gearing up while another time feels just like ignoring everything. I cant procrastinate I just know it. Its like less than 40 days to finals and I have not started memorising.
Works on the other hand is another thingy.
There's another thing in mind. I am just so lazy you know. It's the commitment that I have to put in. It is so difficult to overcome it. The thing about doing something new is you have to like really bear the beginning stage. You have to keep your consistency and commitment. Once you have passed the stage, sustaining it is another thing. I just dont have that feeling yet.
I know myself very well. If I have that 'feeling' I will excel in everything I plan and want to do. I know myself very well. But to get that 'feeling' coming is just so difficult.
I need that 'feeling' for my study and to start the business.
